I started my training in Exeter, Devon in 2000. I now hold qualifications in Swedish massage, Sports Injury & Massage therapy, Mobilisation techniques, sports first aid, therapeutic ultrasound, Core stability & fitball training, gym instuctor, extreme kettlebell instructor & seated accupressure massage.

I ran my own successful Sports Injury & Massage Clinic in Devon for 10 years before relocating to Dorset after the birth of my second daughter.

In 2007 I was a part of a pioneering health centre that was a coalition between conventional medical treatments ie GP surgery and complimentary therapies which was opened by HRH Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cambridge. As part of this setup, doctors referred their patients to me for a number of problems but primarily back and neck issues. I got increasingly good results particularly with sciatica, frozen shoulders and migraines associated with stiff necks as these conditions are notoriously difficult and lengthy to treat conventionally.

I worked with Cullompton Rugby club for 8 years as their club therapist which included working on and off pitch to keep all the players fit. This has given me a fantastic insight into healing acute injuries and the rehabilitation needed to get players back onto the pitch as quickly as possible. The highlight was winning the final of the EDF junior vase at Twickenham in 2009.

I specialise in back and neck pain and use a variety of different techniques which include Neuromuscular Technique, Muscle energy Technique, Deep Tissue massage, Core stability and Fitball training , Therapeutic Ultrasound, Joint mobility & Mobilisation.

I have worked with a huge diversity of clients from triathletes and endurance runners to horse riders and football players, builders and mechanics, office workers and fire fighters. All have needed some form of treatment from me, be it long term maintenance to keep them fully functional at work or intermittent injury treatments.

Please contact me if you have any questions about if treatment would be suitable for you.
